Nice combination of ingredients to give some background immune support. It has black pepper that is needed to help absorption of the turmeric. Also has other ingredients that help immune support.

I weighed the capsule at 830mg which is enough for the amount of active ingredients (730mg total) on the label. There is a faint smell of the spices when sniffing the bottle. The capsule was easy to swallow.

I never can tell if any supplements I take actually has any effect on me, but I keep taking them. Everything I've read about these seem good and line up with the rest. Albeit, there's very little info to read about this particular item, aside from the possible benefits. All I can say for sure is, so far, after these for several days, no upset stomach issues.
